Taking a moment to slow down..
Warm the balm between your fingers and gently tend to the skin. Letting this small act of care become a moment of connection with your body, the marking, and the medicine of the land.
Please note, as with the introduction of any new products to your skin, please ensure you do a patch test on your wrist before applying to the affected area, to ensure that you will not develop an allergic skin irritation (contact dermatitis).

We pay our deepest respects to the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia, and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters, and community. We acknowledge that these lands were never ceded, but violently stolen from the oldest living culture on the planet. We respect and honour the strength, resilience and knowledge of their Elders past and present, for they hold the memories, traditions, culture, and hopes of a brighter future for us all.
Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
